College Hire- HP+ Digital Product Specialist

This new position provides a unique opportunity to actively
drive one of the most strategic initiatives within the company. As
HP is reinventing the printer business with HP+, the digital
product manager will own the end-to-end HP+ customer funnel from
printer setup to the use of HP+ unique solutions and experiences.
He/she will identify funnel drop-offs, define improvements, write
Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and drive trade-offs in
order to deliver on the quarterly HP+ objectives.
Partner with design and engineering stakeholders to optimize and
personalize the funnel to drive HP+ preference Dive into customer
behavior and choice to identify opportunities to maximize
conversion Define and track metrics (i.e. conversion, engagement,
Maintain a robust backlog of test hypotheses and clearly
validate opportunities/recommend actions that can have positive
improvements in the conversion, customer sentiment and financials.
Own A/B tests: objectively deliver testing insights and help create
a culture of data-driven decision making. Communicate Results -
Identify successes, failures, trends, and effectively communicate
these findings to the organization. Lead cross-functional
brainstorming with product team members Champion best practices and
winning playbooks based on all changes that can affect conversion
Education and Experience Required:
College degree in Marketing/Business/ Technical Someone with 2+
years of marketing, design, or software experience, ideally in
eCommerce, with a strong interest towards data and customer
Knowledge and Skills:
Obsessed by customer experience: You look at everythingthrough
the eyes of your customer Must have a mentality of continuous
improvement Analytical problem solver with a love for statistics
Detail oriented, with a passion for UX and conversion optimization
