Job Description:

Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Underwriter to work virtually in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manually underwrite Jumbo/Super Jumbo/non-QM correspondent mortgage loans in a timely manner to ensure that loan meets all product and property guidelines of company and Investors.
Meet all established loan policies, credit limits and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 3/+ years of Jumbo Loans.
Wholesale & Retail Environments experience.
Lending/Signing Authority experience.

SKILLED IN...

non-QM loans
Signing authority
Direct communication experience with Brokers/Lenders/Investors.
Knowledgeable about certifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work from home.
Computer and Internet.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
