Job Description: Overview: Are you an Employee Relations Specialist who enjoys coaching, guiding, and working with employees and management? Are you looking to help and support employees at all levels of the firm? Fisher Investments is looking for an Employee Relations Analyst to support employees in our Camas, WA office! The Opportunity: As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will coordinate your time and Human Resource expertise between employees, the management team, your teammates in Human Capital and our Legal & Compliance team on different employee matters. Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead HR trainings, oversee the employee exit process, be part of welcoming new employees during their orientation, and act as a go-to person for HR-related matters at your site. The Day-to-Day:Oversee and address employment matters at your siteEnsure compliance with our employment policies and stay up to date on changing regulationsHelp investigate and resolve any employee complaints or grievancesConduct exit interviewsBe an onsite contact for employee safety and COVID-19 safety policiesPartner with management to anticipate and respond to employee and organizational issuesProvide advice to managers regarding personnel practices and firm policiesOversee different employment HR trainings Your Qualifications:3+ years of Employee Relations experienceWorking knowledge of employment laws (wage and hour rules, antidiscrimination and harassment, how to address employee concerns, complaints, and investigations, terminating lawfully, etc.)Experience communicating with all levels of employees and appropriate legal documentationAbility to analyze situations and develop appropriate solutionsExperience with Microsoft Office and Workday preferredU.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire Why Fisher Investments: At Fisher Investments, we work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
