Come join our team!We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker, who moves at the pace of the consumer, and passionate about digital trends and the future of commerce. Our team is interested in candidates who are curious, scrappy and comfortable navigating the gray.This role will be the DSM representative on the NA Online to Offline (O2O) cross functional team. The candidate will have working knowledge of retail math and the ability to utilize data analysis to drive decision making across Online-to-Offline (O2O).WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?If this is you, youll be working with teammates from NDDC Online-to-Offline (O2O), Assortment Planning, Supply Chain, Allocation, Analytics & Stores to deliver a premium retail experience to our consumers. A typical day/week looks like:

  • Execute pre-season and in-season inventory management decisions for the O2O offense.
  • You will build, utilize and evolve reports and system capabilities to analyze the O2O initiative to support decisions that maximize sales, inventory turn and consumer experience.
  • Work on ad-hoc business analysis such as product opportunities and store optimization.
  • You will be a strong partner across DSM and O2O teammates to test and launch O2O future deployment strategies.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements to incorporate O2O into broader DSM tools & systems.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?This is the Nike matrix: You will report to the Director of Connected Marketplace Planning, supporting Nike Digital Commerce and Nike Stores. You will work closest with teammates in North America Online to Offline (O2O), Allocation Planning and Assortment Planning, but will build strong partnerships with Supply Chain and store leaders to ensure end-to-end execution of our O2O strategy.WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
    • Bachelors degree in Business or a related subject area
    • 3 years allocation, planning, business or retail experience
    • 2 years additional experience or other relevant subject area
    • Proficiency with Excel, including setting up spreadsheets & building complex formulas
    • Strong analytic & problem-solving skills
    • Ability to challenge the status quo
    • Ability to prioritize & manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to handle ambiguity
    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
