Job Description:
Job Description SummaryAs a Land Development Intern working for
Taylor Morrison, you will be responsible for effectively and
efficiently supporting the onsite land development of team to
achieve business plans and financial objectives. You will play an
educational and training role in the management and adherence to
agency criteria and Taylor Morrison expectations of land
subcontractors.Job Details Help enforce trade specific scopes of
work and Taylor Morrison Contract responsibilities Coordinate with
dry utility companies for subcontractor scheduling and efficient
installation Attend pre-construction and onsite progress meetings
in a learning capacity Help schedule appropriate vendors /
subcontractors to meet project schedule Ensure compliance with all
agency requirements Communicate to other Land staff and, if
appropriate, Sales and Construction Help create subdivision punch
list with inspectors as needed to obtain full bond release of
security Work with engineer to obtain conditional use and/or
temporary permits, as required Coordinate and communicate with HOA
and CDDs Perform other duties as assignedSound Like You? You might

construction, engineering or real estate development) Attention to
detail A MUST Ability to anticipate possible obstacles and propose
favorable solutions Strong work ethic and commitment to
implementation and execution Concise writing and public
speaking/presentation skills are desirable for reporting to the
management team Desire to learn to read improvement plans Basic
computer (preferably MS Project schedule experience) and
negotiating skills Action and results oriented Superior ability to
successfully multi-task and utilize project management skillsFLSA
Status: Non-ExemptWill have responsibilities such as: Help planning
the work; Determining the types of equipment to be used in
performing work, or materials needed; Planning budgets for work;
Providing for safety and security of the workplaceEssential

schedule Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a

Demands: Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up
