DescriptionAre you someone who has an interest in becoming a key contributor to help drive organizational change? The Senior Process Improvement Professional analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. The Senior Process Improvement Professional work assignments involve collaboration with other business partners/team members to provide strategic solutions.ResponsibilitiesOur Mission is to facilitate a collaborative experience with our customers to ensure all parties receive appropriate compensation and timely issue resolution. The Senior Process Improvement Professional responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for managing the key performance metrics and User Acceptance Testing Execution
  • Collaborate with business partners/team members to provide technical solutions to operate more efficiently, improve quality, and reduce costs.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement that are critical to department success and Humana's business.
  • Works with Agile IT teams to implement change request and updates
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
  • Collects and analyzes key process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and proceduresRequired Qualifications
    • 2 or more years writing/managing test cases
    • Experience in database structure and data manipulation via queries, filters and other means
    • Critical Thinking/Problem solving
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Access
    • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
    • Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.Preferred Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
      • Experience working with Service Now, QTest, and Azure
      • Lean or Six Sigma Certified
      • Proficient at change management and project management
      • Team Leadership ExperienceAdditional InformationWAH requirements:
        • Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
        • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
