Want an office with a view? C-TRAN is hiring and will teach you to how to become a professional driver! No CDL required, we help you obtain a Class B license with a Passenger Endorsement. We are currently accepting applications for people who can provide top-tier customer service to our customers and community. They will be relied on to ensure safe and efficient operation for Demand Response or Fixed Route while following routes, schedules, and all traffic regulations. Expectations If selected from this recruitment, you must be available to attend full-time training for a period of eight (8) weeks (could vary), Candidates must be available to work any day of the week, holidays, early mornings, late evenings. C-TRAN's operating hours begin at 4:00 a.m. and continue until 1:15 a.m. Operators are expected to drive any shift and any route including nights, holidays, weekends, mornings, split shifts, and days off, if necessary. Essential Functions The following functions are not intended to serve as a comprehensive list of all duties performed in this classification, only a representative summary oft he primary duties and responsibilities. Individuals selected for these positions must have the ability to: Provide excellent customer service. Comply with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) in operating a transit bus. This includes learning how to provide accessibility for disabled passengers to board and de-board and safely securing such passengers in a courteous and safe manner, announcing stops, without questions and assessing accessibility equipment during pre-trip inspections. Be accurate and thorough in the completion of written accident, incident, and other reports. Perform a pre-trip inspection of transit bus and pre-testing all necessary equipment, operating safety devices, and transit bus controls for use while in service. Operate a radio to communicate with a dispatcher. Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the public, to understand traffic signs and signals and to comprehend written instructions and standard operating procedures, notices, or memos. Learn new routes and procedures and follow them reliably and consistently. Be able to read maps and follow navigation. Know, understand, and follow traffic laws and ordinances and safety rules. Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance. - Learns to be and is responsible for managing self in an appropriate manner as a representative of C-TRAN, working effectively in a diverse work environment, always using prudent judgement, performing duties in a safe manner, and assuring professional quality services to all external and internal customers. Qualifications Driving records of applicants will be reviewed. Violations and patterns of violations will be assessed to determine suitability for the role. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire. Must have been licensed for a minimum of five (5) years to be considered.

Five (5) years of continuous, recent driving history is required (i.e., no gaps in license status) Must have a good driving record within the previous five years. Additional License Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Commercial License Permit with Passenger endorsement and airbrake restriction a week before training begins. Please note : In order to obtain a Commercial License Permit in Washington State, you must be able to provide your current license, Social Security number and proof of U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency. The Agency and the examining physician will look for conditions that are likely to interfere with the applicant's ability to perform the essential functions of the job and to safely operate and control a motor vehicle. A minimum of three (3) professional references must be listed on the application, preferably including a supervisor(s) from a current and/or most recent employer. - Successfully pass the CDL Skills Exam to receive a Class B license with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake restriction removed.   • Oversee production and manage hourly production employees
  • Direct personnel who are engaged in facilities operations
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
  • Manage all plant operations for efficient production maintenance, quality and shipping
  • Ensure drivers are trained in operations and safety
  • Optimize plant operations to meet quality and production standards
  • Maintain operations data and prepare management reports of production results
  • Managing the production operations by executing production activities and providing timely and relevant data to support planning and decision making processes
  • Coordinate production and packaging operations
  • Direct day-to-day operation and maintenance activities
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations
