million children living in institutions and creating more paths to

child welfare systems for children around the world.SUMMARYWe are
seeking to hire an International Program Coordinator to join our
growing team. This position is responsible for managing the
day-to-day administrative tasks associated with AGCI's global
programs under the direction of the Vice President of International
Programs. This individual is responsible for building and
maintaining positive relationships with the AGCI supporters, staff
and partners through detailed task management and professional
communication that aligns with AGCI's mission, vision and core
values. Position requires the successful completion of an extensive
criminal background check. This is an in-person position reporting
to Vancouver, WA office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with AGCI staff and international partners to organize,
manage and maintain records within AGCI's sponsorship database and
case management system. Assists in ensuring sponsorship updates,
progress reports, exit and intake forms are completed on time, and
in their entirety, to the AGCI home office. Supports the AGCI
Advancement Department by gathering appropriate content about AGCI
global initiatives and multimedia tools to help engage and steward
AGCI sponsors. Ensures appropriate and on-going support and
communication to sponsors through thank you notes, newsletters,
phone calls and continuous stewardship. Provides administrative
support for AGCI vision trips and International team travel
including creating trip agendas, gathering travel documents,
completing expense reports, making flight arrangements and other
necessary administrative tasks as directed by AGCI's VP of
International Programs. Assists in supporting the day-to-day
operations and record-keeping of AGCI's global programs as directed
by the VP of International Programs. Participates in fundraising
and donor-cultivation strategies in order to provide
self-sustaining, revenue-generating opportunities for the
organization; includes written, phone, email and/or in-person
solicitation and use of persuasive skills to recruit new AGCI
donors, sponsors and advocates. Assists in organizing domestic and
international events that support AGCI's mission and vision.
Contributes, as needed, to the development of marketing materials
for the international program as directed by the VP of
International Programs.Utilizes fundraising software; logs all
telephone calls, enters new information, performs queries and
creates reports and summaries, as needed. May travel occasionally
as directed by the VP of International Programs to represent AGCI
at local events. Displays excellent communication skills including
writing, presentation, and listening abilities; displays excellent
ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.Maintains
punctual, regular and predictable attendance; has the ability to
work evenings and weekends, as required.Works collaboratively in a
team environment with a spirit of cooperation and remains open to
all levels of work and support for the organization.Other duties,
as assigned.Requirements:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's
degree from four-year college or university; plus one or more years
related experience in international humanitarian work; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. COMPUTER
SKILLSJob requires advanced basic computer skills including logging
on to systems, word processing, spreadsheet, report writing,
project management, presentation creation/editing, database, use of
internet and communication by e-mail. Will be required to learn,
and excel in the use of DonorPerfect fundraising database/software
program, Givecloud sponsorship database/software program and
Apricot case management software. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,
REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to
supply appropriate documentation/identification to travel
authorities when traveling domestically and
