Summary:
Provides coordination and control support for organizational programs. Coordinates and assists managers and other assigned personnel by creating documentation and operating procedures for assigned programs. Provides analysis, data entry, tracking and monitoring of assigned programs.

Education & Applicable Fields:
Bachelor s or Associates degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Level 1:
" With a Bachelor s Degree in applicable fields, 1 of experience is required.
" With an Associate s Degree in applicable fields, 3 years of experience is required.
" Without a degree, 5 years of experience is required.
Experience must be consistent with the specific requirements of program support and coordination and progressively more technical in nature. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.

Typical Tasks May Include:
" Coordinator for program documentation.
" Coordinates planning and scheduling in support of assigned programs as requested by the BPA Manager.
" Collaborates with other departments as necessary to meet program requirements.
" Assists BPA Manager with developing and implementing technical tools to support assigned programs.
" Produces and maintains documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics; prioritizes tasks and anticipates program needs.
" Conducts and/or supports the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for program development.
" Coordinates program activities, which may include establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance.
" Works closely with BPA Manager, providing tracking and research for assigned programs.
" May provide some technical guidance to less experienced program or administrative personnel.
