communities we serve.SUMMARYThe Training Specialist is responsible
for the facilitation and delivery of all technical and compliance
training programs for all bank employees. This role will also be
involved in the development of new and modification of current
programs to meet changing business needs and new regulatory
requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate new hire technical and compliance training for all
bank employees
- Facilitate ongoing refresher technical and compliance training
as well as, training related to new systems, processes, and
procedures
- Assist the Learning and Development Manager and key
stakeholders with the development of new or modification of
existing technical and compliance training programs
- Plan and maintain training schedules, manage logistics, and
track and report on training progress and results.
- Assist the Learning and Development Manager and Human Resources
with other non-technical training, projects, and assignments as
needed.RELATIONSHIPS
- Daily contact with the Learning Development Manager and Human
Resources department members
- Daily contact with various departments to provide updates, get
direction, interpret existing and new procedures, discuss new
initiatives that require changes to existing training or the
development of new trainingQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job

EXPERIENCE
- Two years or more years of training experience preferably in a
banking or retail environment
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent experienceSKILLS
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff and
management
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure
manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, branch personnel, customers, and
the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and
draw valid conclusions.
- Basic knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products
and/or equivalent computer software applications.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong attention to detail.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands

accomplishment of company and departmental goals, it is the
employee's responsibility to do all that is necessary to develop

of Riverview Bank. It is also the responsibility of this position
to continually strive to maximize skills and professional growth
both personally and for employees.The salary for this role will be
between $52,108 and $75,036. The specific salary offered will
depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant's
skills and prior relevant experience. Hired candidate may be

educational assistance, and several holidays. Certain roles are
