Job Title: Property Inspector

Location: Vancouver, WA

Salary: $23-25/hr

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team.

As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our managed properties meet quality maintenance standards. You will work independently and collaboratively with our Residential Services team to perform property inspections and provide valuable insights to Property Managers and investors.

What You'll Do:

• Assist and follow directions from the Supervising Inspector and the Director of Operations, Residential Services.
• Schedule property survey dates or receive instructions from supervisors regarding assigned inspections.
• Conduct maintenance inspections of dwellings and identify problem areas.
• Generate reports with updated property information, including appliances, damages, wear and tear, and potential lease violations using TMG inspection procedures and templates.
• Deliver inspection reports to property managers within 24 hours of inspection completion, flagging areas of concern or urgent items.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents during inspections and all communications.
• Participate in team meetings, communicate, and provide feedback on the inspection processes.
• Perform Annual Property Surveys, Move-in/Move-out Inspections, and Drive-by inspections.
• Follow TMG's electronic filing system policy for document storage to allow for TMG Maintenance and Residential Services access to inspections.
• Legally and safely operate a company vehicle.
• Maintain good public relations and interact with clients, customers, and co-workers in a respectful and professional manner.
