What is the Mobile Customer Service Representative role?It's about
building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in
training into customer service wins. Mobile Representatives make a
real difference to their customers and the company, providing
over-the-phone support on a wide range of mobile products and
services, including accounts and billing, diagnostics, enhancements
and repairs. You will have advanced diagnostic tools to help you
address technical inquiries and get services running smoothly,
talking customers through fixes you can make together. If an issue
calls for extra attention, bring in additional internal support to
get things back on track. Understanding the products and your
customers' sense of urgency will help you create a satisfying
customer experience.It's all about learning and growing.This may be

The pay for this position has a salary range of $20.00 to $27.80.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of
factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and
location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms
of compensation such as bonuses.
