A Senior Superintendent leads site activities with the project manager, and superintendents including trade and field personnel in order to complete multifamily projects on time and within budget. • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Manage and mentor on-site staff, providing guidance and support as neededProfile
  • 10+ years of experience leading projects
  • P6 scheduling software experience and MS project experience
  • Multi- Family experience $30+M in valuation
  • Experience in construction management, with a focus on high-end commercial and multifamily projects
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as Procore or PlanGridJob OfferCompetitive salary & bonus commensurate with experience - salary typically between $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience
