Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite
and executive level
Guide customers and account teams in developing Success Plans and
strategic planning sessions
Engage with customers to drive product adoption, success, and
expansion
Required Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience in Customer Success or account
management
Experience managing strategic customers with a complex SaaS product
portfolio
Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and
configuration trade-offs
Experience with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI
tools such as Tableau
