Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inbound Contact Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

Address incoming inquiries via telephone, digital, or written communication
Handle complex benefit questions, resolve issues, and educate members
Record details of interactions, escalate unresolved grievances, and make decisions based on company policy

Required Qualifications:

3 years of Customer Service experience
Bilingual in English & Spanish without assistance
Reside in specific states listed in the job description
Flexible to work various shifts between 8:00AM EST & 11:00PM EST
Passionate about contributing to consumer experience improvement
