Description This position will be working at our Irvington facility Monday to Friday on day shift. This role plans, organizes, directs, and participates in a broad program of recreational services appropriate for the participants of Providence ElderPlace. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more.   • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position.
  • Fingerprinting may be required also.
  • Experience leading therapeutic group activities, discussions, etc. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree Recreational Therapy, Creative Arts Therapies or related fields.
    • Coursework/Training Activity professional certification
