Description This position will be traveling to see patients in the Southeast Portland area (mostly Clackamas county). The CNA Hospice aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• 2 years - Experience (exception would be a nursing student with current CNA).
