Responsible for maintaining safety, quality and productivity on all
machinery and facilities. Responsible for the execution of the
Preventative Maintenance Program: perform repairs, upgrades,
rebuilds and preventive maintenance on all machinery. Familiar with
a variety of manufacturing floor concepts, practices and
procedures. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the direct
oversight, supervision, training, development and support of our
shift maintenance support staff.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Supports and improves safety culture throughout facility.
Drives continuous improvement in maintenance and supports efforts
throughout the plant.
Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team. Inspire

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance

Must have the ability to properly diagnose electrical component
failures and provide solutions.
Basic PLC and VFD experience.
Team player with ability to build lasting productive business
relationships with hourly associates, management, and peers.
Ability to effectively communicate information both verbally and in

College degree or 10+ years of Maintenance management
Minimum 5-10 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
in a manufacturing environment or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful supervision experience
Experience troubleshooting and repairing paper converting machinery
Strong mechanical and electrical analytical skills required.
Expert level experience in LOTO systems required.
Continuous improvement experience desired (TPM, Lean, Six
