Job Description:

Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Support Resource for managing Legal, Enterprise, and Corporate Communication Systems and Activities. Systems include Legal: iManage and Counsel Link; Enterprise: DocuSign and Please Review; and Corporate Communications: SurveyMonkey and Simpler (corporate intranet provider). Support activities include: Application License Management and Account Provisioning

  • DocuSign access/review provisioning
  • DocuSign New use case creation
  • Please Review Licenses count review
  • SurveyMonkey license management Upgrade/Patch Maintenance
    • DocuSign Monthly release testing and change requests
    • Release, upgrade, and change testing (DocuSign, iManage, Counsel Link)
    • Monthly Downtime activities and notices (test/prod) Incident Management
      • Creation, tracking and follow through with support tickets submitted to the vendor.
      • Tier 1 Management of Requests / Incident Service Now tickets Reporting
        • iManage check-out/in reporting and notices
        • Counsel LinkAd hoc Reporting Project Work
          • Manual migration and data entry or Projects (e.g., F2F - iManage migration)
          • Help Desk script creation and updates
          • Experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company preferred and is a definite plus Good-to-Have
            • Strong understanding of information systems, business processes and measures of success
            • Proven commitment to customer care, system availability, reliability, and issue resolution. This can include off-hours and on-call support to resolve system incidents
            • Analytical/Creative Problem Solving
            • Strong written and verbal communication skills
            • Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision, or collaborate on a multi-disciplinary team
            • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle desired
            • Be able to work on more complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
            • Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems.
            • Maintains knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and upcoming product releases
            • Strong organizational skills required
            • Team oriented with an ability to also work independently, with minimal guidance
            • Strong attention to detail
