We are seeking an exceptional Logistics Operator to join our Warehouse Operations team in Vancouver, WA. This position will work Monday through Friday 2:30P- 11P. This position is responsible for receiving incoming product, component material, and RMAs from customers. Ensures accuracy by verifying vendor, parts received, and quantity received in accordance with purchase orders. Repackages or relabels material, as necessary. Separates material requiring physical and electronic inspection. Reviews, pulls, and delivers requested product to Production using forklifts, pallet jacks and/or other appropriate equipment. Performs all duties with focus on safety, quality and customer service. Qualifications: * Previous experience working in a production or similar environment * Ability to achieve and maintain a Forklift Certification * Proficient in the use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to resolve issues with internal customers in a timely and professional manner * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion * The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment * Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a receiving/material-handling role * Experience working with an ERP/MRP System (AX preferred) * Experience with ISO 9001:2000 * Experience using online production tools for tracking inventory (i.e. FedEx, UPS) nLIGHT is proud to offer comprehensive COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: * $17.00+ per hour to start (DOE), with progression increases * Semi-annual Corporate Bonus Program with potential payout of up to 2% of your wages * Comprehensive on-the-job training * 80 hours of paid Vacation per year, plus Paid Sick Leave and paid Holidays * Eligible for health benefits on the 1st day of the month following start date. * Medical & Dental Benefits including Prescription, Orthodontia and Vision with premiums as low as $35.00 per pay period. * Flexible Spending and Health Spending Accounts * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * 401(k) with company match * Company paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance nLIGHT is subject to US Export Control regulations.
