Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Manage and Accountability (LMA) -- -Responsible to hold teammates accountable to the core values, vision, mission and serving basics of Paul Davis while inspiring, motivating, empowering and holding them accountable to deliver best in class service to one another and our customers in a profitable manner.
  • Core Processes Followed by All (FBA) -- -Partner in the writing, implementation, training and coaching of the core processes for emergency services with the purpose of providing a consistent and extraordinary service to one another and to our customers.
  • ROTOR of the ES Production Team - -Responsible to oversee the ROTOR (recruit, onboard, train, operate, retain) of all production team members and provide daily support and coaching to assist in the growth of team members.
  • Production Cycle Time -- -Partner with all Emergency Services roles to manage the production cycle time of jobs to meet the required company Truth Score.
  • Profitable Production -- -To lead the emergency service production team to produce work in an efficient, timely and profitable manner while maintaining and/or exceeding the annual sales, gross margin and truth score goals of the emergency services department.
  • Quality Control -- -Responsible to oversee and maintain best in class workmanship, manage breakage/damage issues in a timely and cost-effective manner along with providing "lessons learned" opportunities through feedback and training.
  • Customer Experience -- -To collaborate with all the operations team, as one Paul Davis, to provide best in class service for the customer throughout the lifecycle of a job and to drive best in class industry results in a timely and efficient manner.
    Essential Duties:The role of the Emergency Services (ES) Production Manager is to lead, manage and hold the production supervisors and team members accountable to the values, vision, mission, serving basics and core processes of the emergency service dept. -They are responsible to hire, train, support and retain the ES production team. -This position is responsible for the oversight of all production work, which includes; emergency services, lead and asbestos abatements, and all things contents handling and cleaning. -The ES Manager will partner with the leadership roles of the emergency services department to execute on and exceed the annual goals of the department, including but not limited to; sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and truth score. -This role is required to respond to after-hours and weekend needs when warranted. -
    ---Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Must have a strong desire to serve and help others become the best they can be.
    • Able to lead, manage and hold people accountable (LMA)
    • Willing to be trainable, coachable and receive regular feedback from the Director of Emergency Services
    • Adaptability and flexibility to work in challenging environments and able to serve customers with a high level of empathy and a sense of immediacy
    • Assertive, self-directed, and motivated
    • 2 year Associates degree preferred but not required
    • 2+ years of industry experience in structure and personal property restoration including but not limited to: water, fire and contents mitigation, mold remediation, biohazard cleanups, large loss & commercial claims.
    • IICRC certification in WRT & FSRT are required; -ASD, ORT, AMRT are a plus;
    • 4+ yrs. of a proven track record to lead, manage and hold a team accountable to hit measurable goals and be profitable
    • 45+ hours per week and/or more when an event or work load requires
    • Able to work in the field when required for various job documentation needs
    • Able to participate in after-hours work when an emergency event, job or workload may require
    • To respond to after-hours and/or weekend emergency inspections as needed
    • Able to lift 70+ lbs.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Able to type 40+ words per minute
    • Must be a fast-paced, able to manage several tasks with accuracy and work well with others
    • Sound planning and organization skills with a sense of urgency and immediacy to be accountable to one's personal goals
    • Resourceful, adaptable in job responsibilities, able to anticipate needs and be detailed oriented
    • Able to work in a productive, organized and professional manner, even when under pressure
    • Able to pass a criminal background verification and must be insurable to drive company vehicles
