Job Description:
Compensation: - $28.00 - $29.00 per hour -Full-time maintenance
professionals. Exceptional, market-leading benefit plan, including

properties and reflects a work schedule of Tuesday through Saturday
or Sunday through Thursday. Onsite living is not required but is
available. -SummaryUnder the supervision and at the direction of
the Property Manager, perform repairs and preventative maintenance
to maintain the condition and appearance of the property.
-Duties
Complete maintenance requests and
apartment turnoversPerform timely and professional responses to
ongoing maintenance requests within the 24-hour response
guidelinesParticipation in after-hours on-call service on a
rotating basisInterior and exterior common area upkeep including
litter patrol of parking lots, trash enclosures and laundry rooms,
community center and carports, and pressure washing of buildings
and interior walkwaysActive participation in company-sponsored
training seminars Other duties are assigned as required and
necessary -QualificationsThe requirements listed below are

ability required.
High school diploma, GED, or related
experienceMinimum of three years of maintenance experience Property
management maintenance experience preferredAble to read, understand
and follow written instructionsAbility to complete reportsThe
ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the
