    Perform job walks for new work opportunities
    Provide great customer service and generate solutions to customer needs
    Present options for energy and cost saving
    Present and create preventative maintenance contracts to customers
    Pursue new customer relationships and contacts
    Provide accurate project estimation, and budgeting
    Work well with others, team player
    Create good rapport with vendors and obtain competitive pricing
    Self starter, and willing to self manage
    Microsoft Office applications experience
    Computer literateThe Work:
    • Work located in the Vancouver/Portland area.
