SummaryThe SAP Analyst - Financials will work as a business analyst driving SAP and associated satellite applications with a focus on streamlining and improving financial and managerial accounting business processes across all divisions. This position will collaborate with stakeholders to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable business solutions using SAP and associated technologies. The analyst will be expected to analyze, optimize, solution, test, implement and support effective business processes to drive change within the organization and simplify business processes across all divisions and businesses. The analyst will also liaise and coordinate cross-functional efforts between the business, infrastructure, IT applications, integrators, partners, and management. Essential Functions

  • Act as a key resource driving business transformation program from legacy SAP to SAP S/4HANA for financial business processes.
  • Lead discussion and propose changes to business processes to streamline processes across multiple divisions and businesses.
  • Provide business process expertise and lead the efforts to simplify complex, disparate and custom processes.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable system designs and configuration.
  • Understand, simplify, and standardize key integration points between the various functions within SAP, partner networks and external applications.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional teams with the business, IT Applications, infrastructure, integrators, partners, and management.
  • Maintain an advanced level of proficiency in business process and systems engineering, technical aspects of system development, and functional knowledge of assigned areas.
  • Focus on continuous improvement including value stream mapping in all areas related to financial business processes.
  • Manage SAP service requests and support tickets providing excellent customer service.
  • Serve as project manager for small to mid-size projects (site ERP implementations, integrations between ERP and other platforms)Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree preferred in Computer Science or a related field
    • 8-10+ Years of relevant experience
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
    • Experience with IS Service & Support systems is desirable
    • Experience using IT project deployment / management methodology including SAP Activate and AgileDesired Characteristics:

            For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $113,000.00 to $169,500.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2.5X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
