Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Customer Experience Channels by analyzing data from
self-service offerings
Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, extend
relationships, and reduce costs
Use data to measure and enhance business strategy and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or a minimum of
three years of analytical work experience
Five years of analytical work experience with a bachelor's degree
or higher, or six years of analytical work experience without a
degree
Proficiency in SQL, programming in SAS, R, or Python, and using
data analysis reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI
Experience developing predictive data and presenting actionable
insights
Strong data management skills and ability to prioritize and
multi-task
