LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and extensive technical knowledge in facility maintenance and repair.Job information: $21.00 - 23.00 hourly rate!Key Responsibilities:Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Establish priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate work projects
  • Provide clear direction to staff through effective verbal and written communication
  • Instruct staff in work details, observe performance, and encourage improvementTechnical Duties
    • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance according to manufacturers' specifications
    • Inspect and adjust all systems daily
    • Maintain and repair property equipment, including:
      • HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, refrigeration)
      • Irrigation systems
      • Plumbing and electrical systems
      • Food/beverage equipment
      • Courts, pools, and laundry equipment
      • Resolve facility and public space maintenance issues
      • Perform various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as:
        • Replacing light bulbs, switches, outlets, faucets, and toilets
        • Hardware installation
        • Filter replacement
        • Painting and wall covering
        • Caulking and grouting
        • Use basic hand and power tools effectively
        • Maintain the appearance of the building's exterior and interior
        • Adhere to work order policies and proceduresAdditional Responsibilities:
          • Maintain a neat and organized work area
          • Conduct oneself professionally at all times
          • Ensure a safe working environment and report unsafe conditions immediately
          • Maintain good working relationships with all departments
          • Comply with all company policies and proceduresRequired Competencies:
