- 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees

searching for a highly experienced Facilities Technician. -

Maintenance Technicians complete preventive maintenance tasks and
routine repairs on automated material handling system components to
support the goals of the Distribution Center. You will report to a
Facilities Supervisor.
Respond to system issues involving conveyors, PIE, sortation and
controls (EMS, WCS, Sort Director, EWM, Hardware, and Software)
Basic troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair of mechanical,
electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control system components of
the conveyor system and building components, including PLCs, DC
drivers, AC invertors, linear motors, VFDs, encoders, scanners,
power distribution, communication systems, computer-controlled
building systems, conveyor systems and maintenance management
system (CMMS)
Operate all material handling and mobile equipment within the
Distribution Center
Must be available for 24-hour on-call rotation
Knowledge and application of safe work practices, lockout/tagout
(LOTO) standards and Arc Flash
Design, implement, and document PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
programming changes to automated equipment when authorized
Troubleshoot, and implement changes to I/O device networks such as
Probus, Data Highway, and CanBus

5+ years of building and equipment maintenance with two years
maintaining Dematic or similar conveyor systems
-Familiarity with Microsoft and CMMS programs
- Experience with power distribution, power generation, control
circuits, electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools,
calipers, and gauges
- Experience reading and interpreting
Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEO) drawings and schematics
- Successful completion of Maintenance skill evaluation.
