property management company with properties in Arizona, Idaho,
Oregon, and Washington.Seasonal Maintenance Porter Job
DescriptionThis entry level position is under the direct
supervision of the onsite maintenance technician and property
manager. The maintenance porter is responsible for safely
maintaining the physical condition and the daily appearance of the
community.Responsibilities include but not limited
to:GroundsPressure washingPaintingPool/Spa
MaintenanceOrganizational skillsCustomer serviceOvertime as
requiredSchedule is Monday-Friday 8-5, but may change at a future
date.Pay is an hourly rate of $17.50/hr.The Al Angelo Co is an

driver's license, and insurance. Must be 18 years old +.Experience
