This includes:(1) Handling an average of 150 inbound leads per month with real-time buyers/policyholders(2) Continuously using our carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling personalized quotes(3) Providing superior advice and recommendations to our customers and clients(4) Closing sales at a strong conversion rate of the high-volume inbound leads you receive(5) You'll realize a very competitive compensation for sales closers who convert at strong levelsRequirements* Must have a valid Property and Casualty insurance license* 2+ years of Insurance sales experience* Superior personal lines insurance knowledge* Proven ability to be persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale* Self-driven initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion* Confident self-started who works well independently in fast paced setting* Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills* Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications* Prior experience selling insurance at an Independent Agency* Prior experience with AMS360 and PL Rater* Fluent Spanish speaking skillsBenefits* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance* Health Savings Account with company match* FSA, Dependent Care FSA and Commuter pre-tax benefit* PTO allowance and holidays* 401(k) plan with company match
