Located in vancouver, WA Salary: $18Customer Care Agent Express has over 20 openings for a remote customer care position. Our client, located in Vancouver WA, is an American worldwide marketer, developer, and manufacturer of fitness equipment of gym equipment. The role of the Customer Care Agents is to truly support customers in their fitness journey. Ideal candidates are critical thinkers that work with a customer first mindset, are passionate about supporting our customers' health and fitness, team and goal oriented, with a desire to create experiences that promote life-long relationships with customers. Applicants must be available to begin a robust three week New Hire Training on November 29th 2021 at 8am. New Hire Training is Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:30pm for three weeks.Duties: You will directly support our customers in resolving post purchase inquiries such as, order status, payment and subscription service inquires, troubleshooting residential fitness equipment, and software applications. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues as well sharing relevant information with customers in anticipation of their future needs through phone, email, and/or live chat, with genuine care.Qualities: - Compassionate and caring - Ability to receive constructive feedback and make needed changes - Driven to find solutions - Inquisitive and eager to learn about the product and take it apart/ build as needed - Performance based mindset - Strong organizational skillsSkills/ Experience: - Has experience in subscriptions memberships and software support. - Has minimum 6-month customer service and/or inbound call center experience. - Has experience, or is comfortable, operating in a hybrid work environment where peers, leadership, and support staff may be working remotely. - Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills. - Ability to support customers and troubleshoot any issues that arise including problems with tracking orders, status, cancellation and returns, etc. - Meets the physical requirements of lifting a minimum of 30 pounds, bending, being on hands and knees, and any other motion related to troubleshooting the product.
