Looking for a position that is rewarding and fun? We are seeking 2 part time bridal consultants to join our team! The most important duty a bridal consultant has is building relationships by sharing their knowledge of wedding styles, options, silhouettes, and colors available with potential brides and grooms. Recommending bridal gowns and tuxedos based on each customer's body type and personal preference. Style bridal looks with complementary jewelry, headpieces, and veils.Duties include:

• Strive to meet and surpass the needs of every bride and groom-to-be that walks through the door.
• Build profitable contacts and long-term relationships.
• Process payments and sales transactions within store settings.
• Take measurements and arrange dress alterations and fittings when applicable.
• Schedule appointments
• Answer incoming calls and questions and provide a comforting experience.
• Take measurements for the entire bridal party as well as the bride.
• Place special orders
• Make follow up calls, process counter transactions and payments.
• Keep cleanliness of store pristine at all times.
• Create a stress-free and fulfilling shopping experience.
• Warmly greet customers as soon as they arrive and provide detailed pricing and availability information on gowns and accessories.
• Assist customers with everyday concerns.
• Participate in setup and engagement at Bridal Exhibitions
• Prepare, display and protect merchandise from excessive wear or damage
• Conduct inventory and price adjustments
• Participate in Trunk Show promotions and preparations
• Participate in seasonal trainings
• Strives to meet sales and commission goalsNOTE:We provide a generous commission and gratuity program in addition to an hourly wage. Our consultants average $30-$40 per hour after incentives are applied. You define your income!Mandatory days/hours for position are currently fixed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday with occasional opportunity for additional availability.We provide 1 week of non-paid holiday vacation the week of Thanksgiving and 2 weeks at Christmas for our employees.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:
