Job Description:
SUMMARYThe Sales Representative is primarily responsible to
reach and exceed company production standards of High Performance
Homes (properly qualified) sales, and maintain lead conversion
rates.RELATIONSHIPSThe Sales Representative will report to the
Sales Manager and work closely with the Project
Coordinators/Customer Service Representatives and other staff
members as appropriate.SALES REPRESENTATIVE FULFILLMENT:Positive
mindsetProduct and installation knowledgeComplete paperwork timely
and accuratelyComplete financing timely and accurately (signatures,
POI, POHO, etc.)Estimate correctlyReturn customers calls within 24
hoursCapable of meeting company minimum standard of sales
productionRespond promptly to all managementCoordinate with Manager
about territory resultsCoordinate travel details with Sales
ManagerMust be on timeMust run assigned leadsNo pre-judging
homes/neighborhoodsSALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTSMinimum of
$50,000 NGB in sales monthlyMinimum of $150,000 NGB in sales
quarterlyShow up 15 minutes early to appointmentsMust maintain at
20% closing ratioMust maintain a minimum of $2,000 DLPMust maintain
an average of 70% Pitch RateStrict adherence to High Performance
Homes Sales System and MOD callsBe honest and ethical at all
timesStrict adherence to HPH dress code and ID requirementsSALES

RESPONSIBILITIES:Update Customer Sales Representative with pending
report informationKnow your:Pace to Bonus - weeklyPitch Rate -
weeklyDPL - weeklySales Equipment Check *All Safety equipment* -
weeklyCar Check - weeklyAttend mandatory Monday morning
meetingQUALIFIED SALES:All homeowners must be present at time of
appointment (husband/wife, joint owners or co-signers,
etc.)Homeowners must be 80 years of age or youngerCash deposit has
cleared the bankFinance has been approved with all stips
clearedPass the 3 days to rescindDISQUALIFIED SALES:Only one
homeowner/spouse can be present at the time of the appointment
(1-leg)Scheduled with someone who is not the homeownerRentersRental
