Job Description:
-CycleBar Sales Assistant -The Sales Assistant is responsible
for supporting the General Manager in growing revenue by
pre-planning with strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads
(first-time riders), member retention, and securing member
referrals. He/She will support in-studio operations, grassroots
efforts, and focus on increasing revenue at all opportunities.Job
Requirements:
1+ year of retail/service sales or
fitness sales experienceProven experience in generating and
following up on leadsConfident in generating personal sales and
supporting CBX in salesMust be fluent in English and have excellent
communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the
telephone, and via emailStrong customer service skillsAbility to
excel in a fast-changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize
areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentSolid
writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data
management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional,
punctual, reliable, and neatStrong attention to detail and
accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential
informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients,
and the general publicAbility to stay calm at all times and act
respectfully and professionally, even with customer -who may become
angry or raise their voicesProficient with computers and Studio
software -Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations
of the studio and high-level customer service needsResponsible for
follow-up on cooled-off leads and customer outreach calls during
promotional closeoutsIdentify new riders in each class and deliver
on the Rider ExperienceAsk New Riders to join as members every
class and Identify existing customers who are low on their rider
packages and help them renew/upsellAssist CBX with closing sales
during high-volume new rider classesProvide high-level customer
service to CycleBar clients, handling customer requests or concerns
in a positive and timely manner when the manager is
unavailableGreet all customers entering the studio and develop
relationships with recurring ridersRespond to customer emails and
inquiries in a timely mannerDrive non-ride revenue (retail
sales)Assist General Manager in lead generation efforts including
out-of-studio eventsParticipate in photoshoots and content creation
for social mediaActively engage on CycleBar social media channels
Work with Studio Manager, weekly, and
daily to meet revenue targetsParticipate in studio, regional and
company-wide meetings and trainings as needed -Benefits
