Responsibilities:

• Provide information about the products and services to existing and potential customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating when necessary
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Foster a top-notch customer experience that elevates the brand Requirements
