role. Description Our Remote Licensed Inside Sales Agent position
is offered in the state of Washington. Applicants must reside in

Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with
customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages,
products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. In this
role you will interact with our customers through warm inbound
calls. You'd be a great fit if you are: A Passionate Seller: When a

representing the Liberty brand, you believe in what you're selling,

individual needs. A Reliable Teammate: Whether you work at the

schedules, and the varying needs of our customers. A
Customer-Centric Closer: While sales is in your title, integrity is

today and confidently pursue tomorrow. Pay Details: Starting base
salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range
from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous
commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward,
can earn up to $85k+. Position Details: From day one you will begin
paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance
representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance
license. All computer equipment is provided. Training extends over
a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires Comprehensive medical
benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to
work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning
start time. Example 10am-7pm (PST). You can expect to work this
schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for
another shift. Must be able to acquire and maintain company and
department Work at home (W@H) requirements; Dedicated room with a
desk, safe, quiet, professional working environment, and wired
connected high-speed internet with a minimum 100 MBps Download
speed and 20 MBps Upload speed through a cable, fiber, or DSL
service. Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile
internet services. Qualifications Must have a Personal Producer
Lines or Property and Casualty License At least 1 year of
experience in sales and customer service An engaging, outgoing
personality and passion for helping customers Ability to
communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent
analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing
