Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Senior Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving group business across all market segments to meet and exceed revenue goals.Position Information: Full-Time, 65,00-70,000 salary rate. Key Responsibilities:Solicit new and existing accounts through telephone outreach, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communicationCollaborate with Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS) and Catering/Conference Services (COHO) to stay informed on market trends, competition, and customer needsSupport sales/catering managers in implementing marketing strategies to uncover potential business opportunitiesParticipate in sales strategy, pre-convention, training, and other sales-related meetingsAssist in analyzing RevMax worksheets to estimate business value and negotiate optimal revenue-generating deals while ensuring excellent customer serviceContribute to accurate forecasting of Group & NVA revenuesHelp recruit, manage, train, and mentor sales staffMaintain detailed customer correspondence, booking reports, and filesAttend trade shows, community events, and industry meetingsFoster strong interdepartmental relationships and maintain a safe working environmentQualifications:Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience with a focus on revenue generationBachelor's degree preferredStrong administrative and business writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in sales forecasting and analysisExcellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skillsKnowledge of food and beverage operations, including banquets and cateringProven leadership abilitiesFlexibility to work some weekends and holidays as requiredWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will be considered for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
