Job Description Job Description ReconCraft is seeking a
professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first
point of contact for our office. This role is essential to
maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk, while also
supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is
punctual, proactive, and capable of managing multiple
administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of
responsibility, reliability, and customer service is critical. This
position is part-time for a set 5-hour morning shift
(7:00am-12:00pm). Responsibilities (include but are not limited
to): Ensure the front desk is always staffed and presentable during
business hours. Greet and check-in visitors in SineCore, issue
temporary access passes, and manage visitor/vendor access. Includes
directing all visitors through the security gate and notifying
staff of visitors arrival. Answer and direct incoming phone calls
with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and
organization of the front desk, office, and kitchen areas. Manage
calendars, schedule meetings, and take meeting notes when needed.
Order and track office supplies as needed. Order and pick-up
catering required for breakfast or lunch meetings as needed.
Provide general administrative support including filing, data
entry, printing, bindings and special projects. Receive, sort, and
distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail,
including FedEx/UPS pickups for project documents or materials.
Reserve, prep and clean-up conference rooms for meetings or safety
briefings. Provide support to employees with training requirements
or general questions. Direct them to the HR/Security rep or the
Executive Office Manager as necessary. Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent administrative
experience Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Strong
organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Demonstrated ability to
manage time effectively and handle confidential information Must be
a U.S. Citizen to be considered Physical Requirements: Ability to
lift 25 lbs or less Ability to work overtime when required to meet
