Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Charge RN to lead our Emergency Department team. The selected
candidate will be pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective
patient care delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role
involves supervising a team of nurses, coordinating with
physicians, and managing patient flow to optimize quality care in
line with our integrated healthcare model. Oversee the emergency
room nursing staff and daily operations. Ensure the highest quality
of care and patient safety. Coordinate with physicians and
healthcare team members for patient care plans. Manage patient
admissions and discharges efficiently. Educate and train new staff
on emergency procedures and policies. Maintain compliance with
healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Record and analyze
departmental performance to facilitate continuous improvement.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software
and patient management systems Ability to work efficiently under
pressure Experience in crisis intervention and emergency management

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
